Timney Alpha Competition Trigger for Glock Gen 6 | Nordic Airguns

A Trigger That Transforms Your Glock Gen 6

The Timney Alpha Competition Trigger for Glock Gen 6 is the upgrade serious shooters have been waiting for. It delivers a factory-set 3-pound pull weight that sharpens your control and consistency. This trigger fits Gen 6 Glock pistols, including the G17, G19, and G45. It keeps the legendary Glock reliability you trust while removing the mushy factory feel. If you want your pistol to perform at its peak, this is the upgrade you need.

Competition-Grade Performance You Can Measure

Independent testing proves the Alpha Competition Trigger outperforms the factory Glock trigger. Sear travel drops by nearly half. The reset is shorter, so your follow-up shots come faster. MantisX data showed shooters scored higher with the Timney installed. One tester’s worst score with the Alpha beat his best score with the stock trigger. A straighter aluminum shoe and a crisp break eliminate creep and overtravel. When fractions of a second matter, the Timney Alpha gives you the edge.

Premium Materials and Smart Engineering

Timney builds the Alpha Competition Trigger to last. The trigger bar and sear wear an NP3 coating, a Teflon-nickel finish that cuts friction dramatically. The result is a smooth feel that holds up through thousands of rounds. The self-contained snap-in housing makes installation simple. You can finish the upgrade at home with just a straight punch. No gunsmith is required. The system uses all stock Glock parts and springs. You keep the reliability you depend on. This is American-made craftsmanship from Timney, a company with 75 years of trigger expertise.

Who Should Install This Trigger

The Timney Alpha Competition Trigger suits competitive shooters and range enthusiasts who demand more from their Gen 6 Glock. If you shoot USPSA, IDPA, or steel challenge, the 3-pound pull and short reset will cut your split times. It also helps recreational shooters who want a more predictable, enjoyable trigger. Timney designs this trigger for competition use only, not duty or defensive carry. The lighter pull demands strong trigger discipline. Trained competitors have that discipline. If you fit that profile, this trigger was made for you.
