Warranty Period
Nordic Airguns provides a minimum one-year warranty on all products purchased from us unless otherwise stated.
Many manufacturers provide warranty coverage beyond one year through their own manufacturer warranty programs. Where applicable, the duration and conditions of the manufacturer warranty are provided in the product documentation or user manual.
If your claim is considered valid under the applicable warranty terms, Nordic Airguns will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that warranty coverage does not include shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Complaints or Defects Outside the Warranty Period
