British Engineering at Its Finest
The BSA R12 CLX bolt action PCP air rifle represents over 160 years of British airgun manufacturing heritage . We at Nordic Airguns are proud to offer this exceptional rifle to customers who demand the very best. Building on the success of the beloved R10SE, BSA has carefully engineered this new variant to enhance classic features while adding key improvements . The result is a PCP rifle that delivers even greater levels of performance. Every rifle is designed, developed, and manufactured at BSA’s headquarters in Birmingham, England . This commitment to quality craftsmanship sets the R12 CLX apart in today’s competitive airgun market.
Legendary Barrel Accuracy
At the heart of every BSA R12 CLX sits the world-renowned cold hammer-forged barrel, hand chambered, crowned, and choked to exacting standards . This barrel is widely regarded as possibly the most accurate air rifle barrel available . The mono-block platform reduces components and complexity while improving reliability and efficiency . Precision shooters will appreciate the consistency this engineering delivers. The 12-shot CLX magazine system includes a shot countdown window for full visibility of remaining shots . Two magazines come supplied with every rifle, keeping you in the action longer.
Traditional Bolt Action Design
Following strong consumer feedback against the trend for side levers, BSA has equipped the R12 CLX with their cherished straight-pull bolt action . This traditional mechanism offers a satisfying, positive feel that many shooters prefer. The bolt operation is smooth and intuitive, making follow-up shots quick and effortless. A manual safety lever provides peace of mind during field use. The cocked indicator adds an extra safety feature, clearly showing when the rifle is ready to fire . This combination of traditional controls and modern safety features makes the R12 CLX a joy to operate.
Customisable and Adjustable Features
The R12 CLX comes fitted with BSA’s Customer Configurable Shroud system, offering you the choice of a shrouded silencer configuration . For those using larger diameter scopes, the shroud can be removed while retaining the moderator. The three-way adjustable trigger allows customisation of length, lateral, and radial position to suit your preference . Premium Minelli stocks are available in walnut, black pepper laminate, or black edition options . The adjustable butt pad helps achieve the perfect shoulder fit. Factory-fitted sling swivel studs are included as standard .
Impressive Shot Count and Power
The standard 200cc air reservoir delivers an impressive number of shots per fill. In .177 calibre, you can expect up to 130 shots, while .22 calibre offers approximately 205 shots . The all-new regulator improves air efficiency for consistent power delivery . The quick-fill system with magnetic dust cover makes charging simple and protects the filling port . A clear, large pressure gauge with a 270-degree viewing area makes reading air pressure easy .
