A Revolutionary Step Forward in PCP Design
The FX DRS MK2 Synthetic Standard marks a true evolution in airgun engineering. This rifle blends classic sporter aesthetics with the latest PCP innovations. Nordic Airguns proudly offers this exceptional model, which builds on the success of the original DRS platform. Hunters and precision shooters will appreciate the refinements introduced for 2026. This rifle delivers performance that genuinely impresses.
Innovative Air Pressure Barrel System
The DRS MK2 features a remarkably slim profile. FX achieved this through their Air Pressure Barrel (APB) system. The air reservoir wraps around the barrel instead of hanging beneath it. This design gives the rifle the feel of a traditional firearm. It also improves balance and handling significantly. You will notice the difference whether shooting from a hide, a bench, or standing.
Superior STX Barrel System for Ultimate Accuracy
Accuracy defines the FX DRS MK2. The rifle uses the renowned FX Superior STX barrel system. This system employs a removable, precision-rifled liner. The liner is pressed from the outside, creating a remarkably smooth internal surface. This design minimizes friction and maximizes sealing around your chosen projectile. A key upgrade on the MK2 allows you to swap barrel liners without degassing the rifle first. Caliber changes and maintenance become faster and more convenient than ever.
Balanced Power and Consistency
The Standard model comes with a 600mm barrel. It also features a 260cc air cylinder. This configuration offers the perfect middle ground between maneuverability and power. You will achieve high velocities with excellent downrange energy. The externally adjustable AMP MKII regulator ensures consistent air pressure for every shot. You can fine-tune both the regulator and the hammer spring preload. This precision lets you dial in the rifle for your preferred ammunition, from light pellets to heavy slugs.
Modern Features for Today’s Shooter
The FX DRS MK2 includes features that modern shooters demand. A 30 MOA Picatinny rail comes as standard equipment. This provides a rock-solid mounting platform for your optic. The rail offers a wider adjustment range for long-range shooting. The smooth side-lever action ensures fast and effortless cocking. The fully adjustable two-stage trigger allows you to tailor the feel perfectly. The rugged synthetic stock features a soft-touch coating for a secure grip in all weather conditions.
Your Ideal Hunting or Target Companion
The FX DRS MK2 Synthetic Standard suits shooters who demand a lightweight, weather-resistant rifle. It offers enough barrel length and air capacity for serious precision shooting. Yet it remains easy to carry all day in the field. The classic lines and cutting-edge technology work together perfectly. This PCP air rifle performs equally well on the range or during a hunt. Available in .177, .22, .25, and .30 calibers, there is a DRS MK2 for every need. Nordic Airguns provides this premium Swedish air rifle with expert support and genuine parts.
