Witness windowThe newest addition to the Sidewinder series, are the witness windows on the elevation turrets.
These windows allow the user to see how many times the turret has been rotated.

10x half Mil Reticle
The 10x half Mil reticle is etched on glass and has a “floating” design.
This means that the reticle does not touch the edges of the lens.
The Hawke Sidewinder 4-16×50 has an illuminated reticle. This 6-power power illumination offers higher contrast on dark targets.

4-16x Magnification
This scope has step-less magnification and has accurate mil-distances at 10x magnification
Included with the scope, comes a screw-on zoom-lever for better grip on the zoom wheel.

Fast Focus Ocular
The ocular lens (rear) has a Fast Focus adjust ability.
This allows the user to focus the reticle to the user’s eye-strength.
After adjusting, the lens can be locked using the locking-ring.

Parallax
The parallax is adjustable with a side-mounted knob.
Included with the scope comes the “SideWinder-style” 4″(10cm) focus-wheel for smoother adjusting.

Lenses
The lenses of the Hawke Sidewinder are of high-quality and have a 18-layer coating for a clear image.
The 50mm objective lens of this scope offer a high-light collection in low-light conditions.
Besides sturdiness, the 30mm tube offers more light to pass. Resulting in an every brighter image.
